The registration desk, located at the entrance of the Congress Venue, is open as follows:
Wednesday 12th December: 12.00 am – 7.00 pm
Thursday 13th December: 7.00 am – 7.00 pm
Friday 14th December: 7.30 am – 7.30 pm
Saturday 15th December: 7.30 am – 2.00 pm
Registrations for the attendees of the Aesthetic Breast Meeting (13th-15th December) will open on Thursday 13th December at 1 pm.
The exhibition area is located in the Congress Venue, Level -1.
Participants are encouraged to visit the industry exhibition, which will be accessible for the duration
of the congress.
All Scientific Sessions will take place at Level -1. The conference hours are specified in the programme.
All delegates must register for the congress. Registration fees are as follows:
Full Conference (12th -15th Dec, 2018)

• Student: EUR 700
Pre Conference Course + Live Surgery (12th -13th Dec, 2018)
• Delegate: EUR 600
• Student: EUR 450
MBN Meeting (13th – 15th Dec, 2018)
• Delegate: EUR 1.050
• Student: EUR 550
Note: Registration in the STUDENT category is only open to people able to provide a valid official certificate.
On-site registrations and Social dinner tickets must be paid only by credit card or cash. Cheques will not be accepted.
In case of cancellation without replacement, the fee less handling charges of 50 EURO will be refunded, provided a written request is received by MZ Congressi before 15th October 2018.
No refund can be made if notice of cancellation is received after this date. Any refund will be made after the conference.
The conference registration package includes:
• Conference bag and information package
• Certificate of attendance
• Attendance at the scientific sessions
• Access to the exhibition area
• Meals as indicated in the programme
The congress kit can be picked up at the Congress Kit Desk near the registration area, upon presentation of the congress-kit ticket provided with your badge.
Certificates of Attendance:
Certificates of attendance will be sent by email at the end of the congress.
Participants are requested to wear their badges at all time during the conference for admission to all the conference areas.
Badges have been colour-coded as follows:
• Red: Faculty
• Blue: Delegate Full Conference
• Green: Delegate Pre Conference Course + Live Surgery
• Yellow: Delegate MBN Meeting
• Grey: Exhibitors-Sponsors
Simultaneous translation in English/Italian is provided for the Aesthetic Breast Meeting only (from 13th December pm till 15th December). The Masterclass parallel sessions will not be translated. Headsets are available at the cloakroom desk.
A cloakroom will be available for clothes and luggages for the whole duration of the congress.
Wi-Fi will be available in the conference area.
The audiovisual centre for the speakers is located on Level -1, next to the Orange Room.
Staff members will be pleased to assist you at the registration desk for any further information you may require.
A name badge will be required for access to the conference area.
Participants will receive a name badge when they check in at the registration desk.
It must be worn at all times.
