Numbers for the congress are limited, registrations will be accepted on a first come, first served basis therefore on-site registrations will not be guaranteed.

PRE-CONFERENCE COURSE_ 13th December 2017

Free of charge for those who register until 25th July. After this date the cost will be Eur 65.

SOCIAL DINNER

The social dinner is not included in the registration fee. The price for dinner will be communicated soon.

REGISTRATION FEE FOR PARTICIPANTS INCLUDES:

  • Conference bag and information package
  • Admission to all sessions throughout the Conference
  • Admission to the exhibition area throughout the Conference
  • Coffee, tea, refreshments and lunches during breaks throughout the Conference
  • Possibility to submit abstracts
  • Certificate of attendance

PAYMENT METHODS:

To complete the registration, payment in full must be paid before the corresponding deadlines.
A Confirmation of Registration email will be sent upon the clearance of payment as well as the electronic receipt(s) Payments are accepted in EUROS either by credit card or wire transfer as follows:

Visa, Master, AMEX credit cards are accepted.

Wire Transfer
  • All bank charges should be paid by registrants and should not be deducted from the total amount remitted.
  • A copy of remittance receipt should be emailed to the Secretariat.

Cancellation:

All cancellations must be notified in writing to the Secretariat via email at congress@maurizionava.it.
All refunds will be made after the completion of the Symposium for administrative reasons and bank charges and administrative fees will be deducted from total payable.
By 1st October 2017: Full Refund (less Euros 50 for administrative fees)
From 2nd October 2017: No refund
