The registration desk, located at the entrance of the Congress Venue, is open as follows:
Thursday 12th December 8.00 am – 7.00 pm
Friday 13th December 7.30 am – 7.00 pm
Saturday 14th December 7.30 am – 2.00 pm
Exhibition
The exhibition area is located in the Congress Venue, Level 2.
Participants are encouraged to visit the industry exhibition, which will be accessible for the duration of the congress.
Scientific session
All Scientific Sessions will take place at Level 2. The conference hours are specified in the programme.
Registration fee
All delegates must register to attend the congress.
Registration in the resident category is only open to people able to provide a valid official certificate.
On-site registrations and social dinner tickets must be paid only by credit card or cash.
Certificates of attendance
Certificates of attendance will be sent by email at the end of the congress.
Registration package
The conference registration package includes:
• Congress bag and information package
• Certificate of attendance
• Attendance to the scientific sessions
• Access to the exhibition area
• Meals as indicated in the programme
Congress kit
The congress kit can be picked up at the Congress Kit Desk near the registration area, upon presentation of the congress-kit ticket provided with your badge.
Badges
Participants are requested to wear their badges at all time during the conference for admission to all the conference areas.
Language
Official language is English. Simultaneous translation is NOT provided.
Cloakroom
A cloakroom will be available for clothes and luggages for the whole duration of the congress.
Wifi
Wi-Fi will be available in the conference area.
