Numbers for the congress are limited, registrations will be accepted on a first come, first served basis therefore on site registrations will not be guaranteed.
REGISTRATION FEE FOR PARTICIPANTS INCLUDES

- Admission to all sessions throughout the Conference
- Admission to the exhibition area throughout the Conference
- Coffee, tea, refreshments and lunches during breaks throughout the Conference
- Certificate of attendance
SOCIAL DINNER
The social dinner is not included in the registration fee. The price for dinner is 100 €
PAYMENT METHODS
To complete the registration, payment in full must be paid before the corresponding deadlines.
A Confirmation of Registration email will be sent upon the clearance of payment as well as the electronic receipt(s) Payments are accepted in EUROS either by credit card or wire transfer as follows:

Visa, Master, AMEX credit cards are accepted.
Wire Transfer
All bank charges should be paid by registrants and should not be deducted from the total amount remitted.
A copy of remittance receipt should be emailed to the Secretariat.

CANCELLATIONS
All cancellations must be notified in writing to the Secretariat via email at [email protected]
All refunds will be made after the completion of the Congress for administrative reasons and bank charges and administrative fees will be deducted from total payable.
By 15th September 2023: Full Refund (less Euros 100 for administrative fees)
From 16th September 2023: No refund
